What this site collects

The site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and builds no profile of visitors. It is a set of static files.

The only data collected is what you type into the waitlist form: the fields shown on that form at the time you submit it.

Who processes it

The waitlist form is hosted and processed by Tally (tally.so), which acts as our processor and stores submissions on our behalf. Tally's own privacy notice governs its handling of that data.

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare, which processes request metadata such as IP address and user agent for delivery and security. We do not receive that data as an identified record.

Why we hold it

To contact you about early access to Markoff, and to see the balance of cover buyers, pool suppliers and integration partners on the waitlist. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for advertising.

How long

Waitlist entries are held until launch or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Reach us through the channels listed below and we will action it.
